Muelle de los Pegasos, the iconic waterfront promenade with its twin Pegasus statues, is just around the corner. The property is diagonal to the Four Seasons Hotel and directly facing Parque Centenario in Getsemaní, with the Convention Center, Camellón de los Mártires and the old town's restaurants and rooftop bars all within easy walking distance.

•⁠ ⁠*Prohibited Conduct:* Illegal activity, including sexual exploitation and the exploitation of minors, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
•⁠ ⁠*Common Areas:* Hallways and corridors are for traffic only; congregation or gathering is not allowed.
•⁠ ⁠*Common Area Attire:* Walking barefoot, wet, in swimwear, or with sand is not allowed in common areas.
•⁠ ⁠*Parties and Events:* Not allowed in the unit.
•⁠ ⁠*Deliveries:* The concierge cannot accept or receive deliveries. You must personally receive all deliveries at the building entrance. Delivery personnel are not allowed inside the building.
