By confirming a reservation with Awake Rentals, guests agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.




1. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

In accordance with Colombian regulations, all guests must provide valid identification prior to arrival. Access instructions will only be shared once registration is completed.




2. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY

Only guests included in the reservation are permitted inside the property unless previously authorized in writing.




3. BUILDING & COMMUNITY RULES

Guests must respect all condominium, residential, and community regulations, including noise restrictions, visitor policies, and common area rules.




4. PARTIES & EXCESSIVE NOISE

Parties, events, loud music, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.




5. PROPERTY CARE

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition throughout their stay and for reporting any damages or issues immediately.




6. DAMAGES

Any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations caused during the stay may result in additional charges.




7. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless otherwise approved in advance. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability.




8. EXTERNAL FACTORS

Awake Rentals is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet providers, utility companies, weather conditions, neighboring construction, or condominium-wide maintenance outside of our control.




9. SAFETY

Guests are responsible for supervising children and using all amenities, balconies, pools, rooftops, and beachfront areas responsibly.




10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Illegal activities, drug use, prostitution, or any conduct that violates Colombian law are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.




11. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected property and rate conditions at the time of booking.




12. ACCEPTANCE

By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
